Huna Totem's dividend policy calls for an annual payment of net
income averaged over the past five years to be paid to shareholders
annually during profitable years..
Distributions also are paid to unit holders of the Shareholders'
Settlement Trust. The next scheduled Trust distribution
is scheduled for August 15, 2006.
