  • The second installment of the Trust’s partial liquidation in the amount of $40/unit will be paid the week of March 15, 2010.
  • Huna Totem Corporation is not issuing 1099s for the 2009 tax year from the Corporation or the Shareholders Settlement Trust. All distributions in 2009 were paid from the Trust and are non-taxable. Historically, we have only sent out 1099s when taxable dividends were paid from the Corporation.
