Over the years, one of Huna Totem Corporation’s sources of revenue has been from leasing space in the Huna Kaawu Hit building, where the corporate office is located. There are no tenants leasing space at this time.
In addition to lease revenue from Huna Kaawu Hit, revenues come from a variety of property leases and land use permits for use of and access to our land.
Some of these include:
- Hoonah Post Office
- Icy Straits Lumber
- Telecommunications companies
- Construction firms accessing surface and sub-surface material
- Tourism-related leases
- Other commercial activities
